Former Dianne Middlebrook Fellow Cynthia Marie Hoffman's collection, Sightseer, has been awarded the 2010 Lexi Rudnitsky First Book Prize in Poetry from Persea Press. Along with publication and the cash prize, Cynthia will receive an all-expense paid month at the Civitella Ranieri Center, an artists' retreat housed in the 15th century castle in Umbertide, Italy pictured above.
