So, I just read the description of the talk I'm giving for the Friends of the UW Libraries on Thursday entitled The Dog Ate My Flash Drive and Other Reasons Why My New Novel Isn't Finished Yet: How the Conflicting Demands of Art, Craft, Commerce, and Technology Affect the Twenty-First Century Novelist. To tell the truth, I'm not sure I'm really going to be talking about all the stuff they say I am in that description. I mean, I'm certainly not talking about other writers' struggles to write their novels. I have enough problems of my own.
