Great news today.
Over on the west coast, former Institute fiction fellow LYSLEY TENORIO has signed a two-book deal with Ecco/Harper-Collins. His story collection, Monstress, will be published in 2012. He is in the process of writing the second book, a novel. Also his story "L'amour, CA" will be published in The Atlantic next year.
And over on the east coast, former fiction MFA and Halls Emerging Artist Fellow, EMMA STRAUB, has a new story on Harper Perennial's 52 Stories.
Congratulations from the middle of the country.
